A common type of fraud Mr. Palmer! Pay up.

This dude has a lot of explaining to do. He claims that he can't afford the taxes but in turn scrapped the whole mill into millions of dollars. He is not trying to make the parcel of land safe, he is trying to milk it for as much as he can before he leaves the garbage for the county to clean up. If anyone actually did any actual news reporting they could easily google deferiet development and see that the company is offering to buy up old paper mills so that they could scrap it. So pay your land taxes as well as taxes on all the scrap metal that you sold to the local scrap yards.
