Soldiers Charged with Filming Female Unit Members Showering

Two soldiers have been accused of filming and photographing female members of their unit while they were taking showers and then distributing the video and images. Sgt. Gilbert Parker and Spc. Matthew Delia, are both National Guardsmen of the 266th Military Police Company, 8th Military Police Brigade stationed in Basra, Iraq. The company is out of Manassas, Virginia.

3 Give it a break, you haven't done anything for the "people" of the U.S. Everything, we did & are doing over there, is not in the interest of protecting the sovereignty of this Republic. Iraq is a gross exercise in negligence. We did it for personnel and corporate "greed". These scum bags, violates good order & discipline, the Code of Conduct and the UCMJ, along with basic human integrity. Females put up with enough crap, as it is in uniform, now they have to deal with juvenile disrespect, from fellow soldiers? Deployment to Iraq, is not a ticket to excuse inappropriate behaviour. |

They charged them with distributing pornography? Sounds like that was tacked on so that all involved in the court marshall will have to review each hot, soapy second of the "Evidence" to determine if in fact the charge will stand or be thrown out.
I'm only 35% kidding here, keep an eye on this one. |
