Obviously they learned nothing from the Camp Liberty Clinic Shootings. Apparently the death of 5 soldiers and 6th locked up in a mental ward was in vain. You'd think that they would've learned and tried to make changes so that it'll never happen again. These are soldiers who are suffering not guinea pigs.
