what's the matter salazar?? too chicken to do your own investigation? don't blame ya! you are not on the highly respected amongst our military!

He needs to look at Fort Carson as whole, starting with the CG and CSM, followed by the brigade Commanders and below. They play a numbers game by the GMRR and AMRR that go down to the numbers of soldiers in trouble, and most importantly, how many are deployable. If your numbers are too low, then you get canned. Therefore, none of your soldiers are ever in trouble, and everyone is deployable. IMO they need to lock that zoo down for a while, and turn it into a division sized "School of Soldiers" like they had back in the 80's.
