With respect to family friends, be sure to send a written request for a copy of the 15-6 Investigation per his Brigade Commander. The military has not been forth coming when it comes to non-combat related deaths. The 15-6 is the detailed report of what actually happened all family members are entitled to know this information, will have a good thought for you and your - Retired US Army Infantry NCO/Iraq Veteran.

We requested a 15-6 and the one that came in was bullshit. I got a report from his autopsy in Dover that arrived in a yellow envelope but this one was the real report with everything damage wise and the shape he was found in. The first one was send to us secretly and it was under another soldiers name because nathan had the other nathans dog tag in a death grip in his hand. The second one that came was bs it told us none of this shit. Im tired of waiting i want answers so what do i do?
