Don't get me wrong--I support our men and women fighting in these wars but I really think we should bring them home. If these people want to kill themselves--let them. We try to help them and all they do is kill us.

I can't believe I just left that message and didn't send out my condolences to the family. You are in my prayers. God will get you through this horrible time. Thank you for a son that was willing to give his life for our country. God bless you.

I knew Chris, good fella, God please bless his soul and his family. I agree 100% with mytwocents, bring them home, when are we going to just worry about our own front porch and quit worrying about the rest of the worlds problems, don't get me wrong, we should lend a helping hand. That being said, wouldn't it be great to be able to help out and and not lose our brave soldiers.

They are not fighting a war...you fool

They are simply trying to set up a puppet government in Afghanistan just like the Russians tried in 1979.

There is nothing heroic about our troops at all as they invade other lands.

What if their troops were over here kicking doors down and walking around with machine guns.

Out troops are trained killers...that is their job.....

Our nation is sick and twisted, corrupt and rotten to the heart

But we make great cheeseburgers

People's happiness in the mideast is not our problem.

There is NOTHING good about these wars.....and we will lose in the long run.

Quit spinning this war into something that is good....count the bodies you stupid fool.

Americans are the ones that are BACKWARDS....we bomb and kill and then say we are helping....RU on drugs or something?

Like many topix on this site we have gotten away from what the topix was posted for. To give sympathy to the family of this young man who lost his life. Lets remember to keep the family in mind when we post our personal opinions. Some of us could post our opinions in a more respectful way.

My prayers and thoughts goes out to the Stout family and friends.

rattle cattle sounds like a Vietnam vet who seen allot of ugly shit while in country, maybe our troops shouldn't be over there, but orders are orders and our troops are following orders. I am betting you followed them while you was in the military killing people who were innocent, along with people who weren't innocent. You can hate on this country all you want, damn our troops as much as you want, just flat out be unpatriotic all you want. It won't change or take back what you did or save your soul. You hate the government, well go ahead and hate the government. Yes the good ole USA is in need of a wake up call, but our troops aren't the ones to blame or disrespect. You shouldn't be saying things about young men dying while protecting your right to talk the shit your talking, but if you want to be a coward, go right ahead, it is your right. I will pray for you, pray you get in a pickle and need the very protection you are damning. Now go ahead and put some words in all caps and blah, blah, blah... Now all that being said, I thank Chris Stout for his service and my heart goes out to his loved ones, don't let a commie like the guy spouting garbage bother you.

Just keep sending our SHEEP SOLDIERS to kill and die...go ahead

Maybe the blind arrogant american people will figure it out one day.

Our soldiers are NOTHING, just "UNITS of EVIL" in an evil war.

This soldier was a Pentagon statistic...just another number to his sick government.

Another so called hero that wasted his life on another war we will lose, even if we win.

I am currently in the USAF and I am sorry for the loss of the families of all fallen soldiers. On that note I have had the privilege in rendering honors for all who have served. This includes Active, retired, and VET's. I have never meet more supportive people than theses families. We all need to keep in mind that defending our freedom is left up to these volunteers and everyone who swears to defend the constitution knows it comes with a price. I have seen people go and not come back, but they were willing. Most who serve over in Afghanistan have stepped up to the plate. I have personally gone to the desert but not Afghanistan. 98% of the population wants us there. We are doing good. For everyone who is trash talking military and wanting us to pull out needs to rethink their choice. If we pull out what is there to say they will not follow? If we pull out then we will most likely loose allies. Any who knows about allies knows they are very important. So pulling out is NOT an option.
