Working in Havre de Grace

I will be moving to the AP Hill area for a job. Can anyone recommend an apartment complex, rooms for rent, good areas to go, bad areas to stay away from? Thanks in advance for any help.

Are there any residents around Fort AP Hill who support such a place becoming an outlying landing field for the Navy jets stationed at Fentress Field and Oceana?
