Actually it would I was in and never did anything! Someone wrote a letter and my company comander got involved... Actually, only the most civilised of countries have open service for all, And THEY haven't had any of the dire consequences that the right wingnuts are predicting. I would hope Our Services are at least as civilised as Canada, Australia, Denmark, et al.
