I don't think these teachers are 'programed' for survival like the military teaches. There is more training in the military than any teacher could imagine. You can't teach respect in the school system today like they do in the military. There is no respect in the current school system because of the youth of today that have no respect. There is no argument there. There is no 'freedom of speech' in the military only orders you are expected to carry out. There is a contract in the military, something the teachers of today can't enforce. The military teaches you that if you want to move up in rank, you have got to have the drive and ambition, something the school system tries but is confronted with societies standards. There is quite a big difference between the school system and the military so don't even try and compare. Ask any soldier about the respect they have learned in the military and then ask any student what they have learned about respect today. Big difference...
