Hope a member of congress never has to depend on a broke ass boat to save them in a sinking yachet. They might wish they had better funded the guard.

When the most reliable cutter in Coast Guard inventory is a sailing barque that was a German War Prize from WWII it may be time to reinvest. Bail out the banks while the CG bails out its aged fleet.they deserve better!
