Hmmmm....wonder if this was just another ruse to cover for his detox treatment in North Charleston, as in 2009. Friday's traffic debacle with no warning caused many issues due to the timing....couldn't have been worse timing. School buses trapped in traffic, wrecks due to the chaos with ambulances unable to reach them quickly, no alternative routes if the public HAD been warned....with both interstates closed. So if this WAS as before, with a Biden look-alike being shuttled out to Kiawah, that just adds to the insult and gross act of selfishness/inconsideration for the public. Didn't even know he was a drunk until I saw the 2009 story. Could have and should have been transported late in the evening or during the night. Could have avoided that whole mess. But hey, we're just the simple working class. We don't matter. We don't even know when to expect the same mess when he departs.
