No we would not....the Russians would have eventually defeated Nazi Germany even if we did not even show up.

You do not know your own WW2 history, the Russians lost more people at the Battle of Staligrad than all the US and British combat losses during the whole war.

Germany was doomed before the americans ever landed at D day
