U.S. Coast Guard Captain Joseph Vojvobich has been put up for promotion to rear admiral, becoming the first officer with Korean ancestry to be considered for the rank.

Good for him. I have always liked the Koreans, personally. His name certainly sounds Eastern European but I'm glad to hear there are some Koreans of status within the stereotypically White American Military.
