"Judge Colonel Tara Osborn barred testimony about the correspondence between Hasan and Awlaki, the U.S.-born militant who was killed in a U.S. drone strike in Yemen in 2011, and with other militants."

In keeping with Obama's "workplace violence" designation.

I am glad she won't allow the e-mails at this time. I want Hasan to be found guilty of murder. Once convicted, the e-mails can then be brought in without tainting the conviction. It has death penalty written all over the decision.
