Whats the freaking problem?Military justice allows for this.In a civilian court the judge can overturn a juries conviction verdict.I dont hear any noise about that kind of power that a civilian judge has.If the accused in this scenario had been gay or a female whats the chances of this kind of story?About zero.

You will also find that all the liberals say all posters from the right have multiple names, when it is they that have their ACORN and MEDIA MATTERS multiple isp kits. The always attack the posters, because they can't attack our message other than to say we are racist......
