Hasan's attorneys are the reason this is taking so long. Plus it doesn't help that Hasan is not cooperating either(example is not wanting to shave). I think you should forfeit all rights when you don't cooperate. He is only prolonging the inevitable and he might as well just go with it and take his punishment.
