Fort Hood Shooter Wants Death Penalty Removed from Court Martial

hasan needs to be sentenced to death and this crap has gone on way too long!what a disgrace our top dogs in the military have done to our present soldiers?from obama down they suck!

Hasan will get his wish. The new judge has put aside the facial hair problem by saying it's a command decision, not the courts. She just threw the defense under the tank. And she is not allowing him to plead 'not guilty', which would take the death penalty.

The defense has blown it's wad. The 'new judge' ruse backfired on them.
