Col. Lisa Snyder-Hendrix of Jackson took over the Chief Nurse position at the U.S. Army Recruiting Command at Fort Knox, Ky., on June 17. Snyder-Hendrix is a graduate of Mount View High School and obtained her Bachelor's degree in Nursing from the University of Maine in 1988.
