A 30-year-old man will stand trial this week in the fatal shootings of two Fort Bliss soldiers more than a year ago --and less than two months after his co-defendant was acquitted of murder.

Lets get this straight....
Esparza FIRST tried to convict the VICTIM of a potential beating,
LOST because the JURY WOULDN'T BUY IT,
And NOW goes after another?

Esparza is a damn fine prosecutor and a pillar in the community. You have one hell of a nerve questioning his tactics. Did you know that he even volunteers at his kids school? I bet you don't even do that.

Wow how justafiable he volunteers at "his kids school" imagine that! I didnt knw that i must b dumb as dumb as u sound for saying that. Bet esparza wont volunteer at ur kids school! Dont get me wrong i like the guy its ppl like u who make others dislike for ur stupid comment. Wow im amazed the guy is a volunteer at his kids school we need to give him an award!
