FAA demotes air traffic manager in Obama incident
The Federal Aviation Administration on Wednesday demoted the manager of the air traffic control facility responsible for a mistake that required an airplane carrying Michelle Obama to abort its landing at Andrews Air Force Base last week.

I wonder if the manager would have been demoted if it was a regular flight instead of MO. Probably not.
