Two enlisted sailors who had a supervisory role with a Virginia-based Navy dive unit face military criminal charges of involuntary manslaughter and dereliction of duty in the February drowning deaths of two divers at an Army facility test pond near Baltimore, officials said Wednesday.

Obama is a real piece of work.
Certainly, these deaths are regrettable, but no more so than the deaths of Chris Smith and his aides at Benghazi!
Training is hard and sometimes dangerous. So is war. Do we want our military trainers to be more concerned with criminal charges than preparing our troops for battle?
