my math must be wrong we the sheeple...no guns zones seem to be getting more people killed.

i don't have my calculator handy but i could probably bring up some stats from sandy hook, columbine, the navy yard, virginia tech etc and make you a little bar graph or pie chart for you.

And yet the majority of voters have indeed approved equal marriage rights for same-sex couples in the last 4 votes on the issue.
I couldn't care less if you "accept" it or not.
I am not a supporter of all this politically correct gay stuff, it is like all tv shows now have to have some gayness to it whether it has anything to do with the plot or not. That said when we had a vote for gay marriage in GA I voted to allow it, taking a marriage away from someone else does nothing to make mine any more or less secure. It is against my libertarian streak to oppose it.

I feel the same way about my gun rights, taking mine away will do nothing to make you more secure, I am not a criminal and you have no right to infringe on my ability to defend myself, with a gun if I choose.

More importantly it is a constitutionally protected right, the whole reason for making to keep and bear arms a right instead of a privilege provided by statute, is so that a majority vote can not change it. What a majority of people think about that is not relevant.

wow...another believer in "gun free zones" ...amazing.
another right-wing gun-licking creep who blames gun laws and rules instead of insane murderers with guns who somehow get safety clearance.

here's hoping you're among the next shooting victims, creep

so guns are not destructive??? interesting...
they fall into a completely different category?....that's right...the courts and legislators classified them...just as we can reclassify any guns into that category....we can leave you with a BB gun and a sling shot and a musket from the revolutionary period when the 2 nd amendment was written...
Well then your posts are not protected by the first amendment are they since computers and the internet were not yet invented when the first amendment was written...that goes for radio tv and the telephone...they were not invented yet either...so I guess the government can listen to all of your phone calls...the first amendment does not apply....only to the written word...ohh wait...there were no pens or pencils then either so you will have to use a quill pen and an ink well...you ignorant fucking imbecile...do you know what is ILLEGAL right now.....it is ILLEGAL to kill someone...how is that working so far...
Nope

just calling out the bigots and racists because I disagree with that sort of thing. But it does seem to be correlated with the gun nut pathology. Someone should do a study.

You cant ban all guns stupid...that's un-American...

He needs to have his stupid beyotch Sebellius get the crazies off the streets who are shooting innocent people.

Its not the guns that are killing people it's Sebellius's gun toting crazies that are allowed to run amok.

More service members died from their own weapons than in combat last year.
More guns = more deaths.
I have legally owned guns since 1994 and I have yet to see that happen. Btw, I am also a veteran and take gun safety (not gun control legislation) very seriously. That information u are spewing is pure hokum at best.

If it's dead people, it's going to be the criminals. More guns mean better chances of survival in a deadly assault as well as peace of mind.

When not in combat, yes, all weapons are to be stored in the base armory.
Regarding issued guns, they already are. As far as personal guns, there is no policy storing them in the base armory. Maybe for a few days. Otherwise, the servicemember has to either store them in personal storage, in an out of town residence (that applies to me), at a friends'/relatives' house, or in a shooting range locker. Otherwise, personal guns are not allowed on base unless the base has a public range in it or the commanding officer grants written permission.
