Sure you care because you keep posting your argument.
8 USC § 1481 - Loss of nationality by native-born or naturalized citizen; voluntary action; burden of proof; presumptions
A person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality by voluntarily performing any of the following acts with the intention of relinquishing United States nationality—
(1) obtaining naturalization in a foreign state upon his own application or upon an application filed by a duly authorized agent, after having attained the age of eighteen years

Did you miss that part?

The act must be accompanied with intent.

He misses a lot.

His tea bag handbook starts with the premise that Obama was born in Kenya.

A US citizen doesn't apply for a passport in a foreign country that doesn't recognize dual citizenship(Indonesia) without "intending" to relinquish US nationality. One doesn't apply for foreign aid if one is still a citizen of the nation he is requesting aid from. Can an Israeli with dual citizenship apply for foreign aid from the US as an Israeli citizen and then apply for foreign aid from Israel as a US citizen? Obama couldn't apply for foreign aid since he was still a US citizen. Of course if he released his college records he could prove us Tea Baggers all wrong and collect five million dollars from Donald trump for his favorite charity, The Muslim Brotherhood.

Totally irrelevant whether he was US born or naturalized. If one voluntarily gives up his citizenship for reasons such as applying for aid as a student from a foreign country after the age of 18.

Since you can't refute them you must care but since you are gay and I am not, you have to look elsewhere. I read somewhere that extreme flamers can burn their shoes right off their feet.

Sounds like a win-win situation. He should go for the five million Trump Challenge but Obama was never good with other people's money so why would we expect anything different? Just think of all the less fortunate Muslims Obama could help if he won the bet. There is little doubt that for five million, barefoot would even release his bathhouse arrest records covering the past decade and his eight years of arrest records when he dressed up as a hay salesman in rural Iowa and serviced all those 'barefooted' piggies. I've already posted the conditions a US citizen has to go through to RENOUNCE his/her citizenship.

And it does make a difference if you are a citizen.

Please keep posting this crap for at least the next for years.

I would like to see Clinton elected in 2016 and "conservatives" like you just might be the best weapon we have.

Kind of like a visual aid.

Take all the time and space you need to bash gays, disrespect women and tell us all about the "true" constitution too.

Moderates just eat that stuff up.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Oh! BTW...don't forget to thump your bible once in a while and mention Donald Trump as often as possible...that always helps.

:)

Your hero Karl Rove is very good with other people's money, see how he managed to collect over $200 million and his success rate was less than TWO percent.

There are Americans with duel citizenship living abroad who collect Social Security, why doesn't the reverse exist. There is no federal code that prevents such an arrangement, your statement is opinion. What is considered Foreign Aid that a Citizen from another State can apply for from America?

There are descendants of Cuban/Americans who have dual citizenship; American and Canadian, who go into Canada to fly to Cuba on a Canadian Passport.

Where did you get the information on Passports and Citizenship, it's completely wrong.

Saudi Arabians who marry American Women routinely send their kids back to America to maintain their Citizenship requirements before they reach the age of 14. Those Saudi Kids, although they are Citizens of Saudi Arabia, are also provided American Passports for travel.
