It's about time the Republican party woke up to the extremism they had embraced. For them to realize that it will be the end of the party to continue with radicalism. That wasn't my party from past years nor should it have ever been a part of my party. Moderation in all things. Extremism in none.

Spanish-speaking illegal aliens are toxin loose in
America. Low IQ, high birth rates. Crime, filth,
and decay. To tolerate their continued presence is
insanity.

Deportation over three year period. Logistical and
financial support.

the criminals who do this are only able to get by with it do to lax in enforcement, either on the company or the illegal aliens themselves. we have federal laws being violated by the whole state yet the feds do not sue as they do when states try and solve the problem.

we have millions of illegal aliens in my state, those in office showing them support shows they have been voting and those in office got there with the help of illegal aliens. we cannot seem to rid ourselves of those same traitors.

If you're trying to imply that I'm an illegal alien, well then you would be as wrong with that statement as you have with the rest of what you have said. One can't be an illegal alien when they are born Americans from other Americans. No illegal anywhere in sight.
But as you have no real arguments concerning the issue by all means continue to attack your fellow posters. You're so good at that.

Wow the assumptions coming from you are just amazing. So let's see some statistics on those illegals that are voting for your unwanted politicians. If that's the case the election could/would and should be overturned. Yet it isn't. Could it be the politician was elected by his fellow Americans?
By the way did you happen to notice that the new immigration legislation being discussed has mandatory e-verify as well as some other enforcement measures in it.

I realize this is a hot button issue, but giving amnesty to millions of uneducated third world poor is unsustainable in this Country. All civilized , modern Country's have procedures to prevent this kind of breach from happening. We don't owe Mexicans or Asians or Hondorans, or any other Culture a GD thing. When did it happen, that we support ignorance, pay for educations and healthcare for millions of illegals living here without permission. Defender's have to be just as criminal minded as the invader's. We do no owe them anything. They think they can bust in, take whatever they want without consequences. No more stupidity by this Government.... and the defender's of these criminals PLEASE!

Nobody thinks illegal immigration is a good idea. That is a straw man. It is just a matter of being realistic. They are here now and they are not leaving. Wish as we may there is no way to get rid of them. We should have been cracking down on employers all along, but for various reasons we did not. Now we have to deal with the mess.

It is just clear the present approach is not working and that is not going to change. You would be surprised to learn about how many of our immigration laws encourage people to stay here.

Just consider the stiff penalties we impose on illegal immigrants who try to LEAVE the country voluntarily. If somebody tries to leave the country to go home and try to come back with a legal visa they are barred from even applying for a visa for ten years. That's ridiculous. We should be encouraging people to leave instead of penalizing them.

On the other hand if they lay low and stay out of trouble they can probably stay here illegally forever.

Worse yet, if they do get caught here and are forcibly deported, the ten year bar does not apply to them. They can apply for a visa right away.

What possible incentive would somebody have to leave on their own?

That is just one example of counterproductive immigration laws. There are plenty more.

Majority of comments in immigration news are full of hate and offensive language. After severely beaten and aftermath riots in different cities Rodney King asked, " Can we all get along?" Yes, can we all get along and start new debate in decent language. Loud voice, filthy language do not win the debate, it only widens the gap. And harder we throw the ball in ground higher it bounces. Can we get along?

As in the Rodney King incident, the illegal alien supporters attack the innocent Americans. Did they attack the cops, or the justice system? Nope! They attacked innocent Americans because of their skin color. Burned down businesses, etc.

We want the illegal aliens and their children out of our country. Our immigration laws enforced. The 14th Amendment does not include children of illegal aliens, no matter what the judges say.

We're called racists, xenophobes, etc. Sorry, but you can't have a rational debate with the enemy. Believe me, I've tried.

Ok. Let's see if I have this straight. You do not like illegal immigrants because they violated a civil ordinance. Laws are very important to you and they should never ever be questioned.

Unless of course we are talking about an Amendment to the Constitution. In that case you can dismiss it as being irrelevant and you do not care what the authorities say.

Not much of a double standard now is it?
