As a Marine officer told me many years ago "We can turn them on but we can't turn them off".

Freedom of speech for civilians almost gone, right to bear arms following close behind. Sounds like a horserace. Served in the Armed Forces of this Country. Only freedom of speech you have is when you end every sentence with YES SIR. I guess he forgot that rule. Make them Killers and jail them when they say I am going to do it! Catch 22?

I have no idea the type of service this Brother went through. But it does sound a lot like "it's okay to kill, now stop". And what doctor would turn someone with these homicidal tendencies back out on society.

Pathetic the way our Troops and veterans are being treated. The idea that;" You go to war with the army you have..etc" includes a statement like; "You deal with the results with the medical staff you have".

To many troops. to much unprepared for trauma, and not enough medical staff nor funds to to fulfill the promises this Great Country has lived up to in the past.

Shameful what our traumatized troops and Vets are going through.

Politicians and their backers start wars knowing that we will send expendable warm bodies to sacrifice for their dollar. This is old news, we need to be sending the hot shots kids to war. I bet North Koreas fat boy leader would see things different if he had to stand in line and wait to die.
