The dream is that China believes it controls the islands when it officially doesn't. I can say the same with the other side as well.

China is not the only emerging power in Asia , as you can see Indonesia and India are Chinas main competitors as they are also developing their military capabilities .

Opinion from a neutral party like myself, those Islands or Islets and waters are better off in the hands of the more competent Chinese. China is the only country that can stop those high sea piracy in the East and south China seas.

The Chinese in the last ten yrs in the East and South China Seas have controlled the seas very smoothly and kept pirates out. Can anyone else do that? That is why America is staying out of this and want China in control of thses dangerous seas.
If it wasn't for the Chinese, these pirates are more dangeous than the Somali pirates. Most ppl of the world when we speak of the East and South China Seas ,we think of China.

We Center Empire is a friend of everyone of third world. We China is a developing country as many third world countries is.
We dont want to be a superpower that is expected to compete with the U.S. That's untrue. We love peace and we are committed to keep world peace.
Malaysian are our friends, but shoals belong to us.
we have undoubted sovereignty over that.
China welcome you to cooperate with, c'mon my third world friend, head for a bright future with China!
