I worried for a moment, I read the headline and I thought it meant that they were pulling the Mexican Naval Infantry from the fight.

Riddle me this? Riddle me that? Tell me why Mexico and Afghanistan have drug cartels, comedians, poverty, fat, and a healthy dose of sun exposure?

I can do it, but it will take several comments.
Afghanistan has drug cartels because USA supported them as to not to alienate anymore of those citizens who didn't support the Taliban.
The Taliban had already decreased Afghanistan's opium production before United States invaded and made them again the largest opium producer in the world.
Since most of that opium ends in Russia and Iran I have the impression the USA isn't really that concern about THAT opium.
