It's fairly simple. Their agenda is at odds with the actual facts, because their motives are in conflict with the truth. I think it's all a heady brew of equal parts - racism, all-purpose bigotry, unreasonable fear, and a condition called Brain-of-Eggplant.

Economic growth is primarily the result of demand. It may come as a surprise to some but companies aren't going to produce buggy whips if no one wants them. Taxes have little affect on production because businesses don't pay taxes they just pass them along. If regulations had much of an affect on production it would take off when Republicans are in power but the opposite is true. Both times the Republicans were in power for a large number of years we had a depression. That is because demand is primarily the result of the strength of the Middle Class. Republicans believe in
transferring money from the Middle Class to the Rich and that is exactly what they do. The Progressive Income Tax is the best way to insure prosperity.

Spocko, i would think, much of our economic problems are also firmly planted in GREED....at every aspect....the desire to open markets....legislation that aided outsourcing....failure to protect american products, due to higher profit margins....congressional insider trading.....

Ain’t it funny how the right-wingers get their shorts in a bunch claiming Obama is doing nothing about the threat from Al Qaeda and on the other hand he is a war criminal for ordering drone strikes against Al Qaeda operatives and the "innocents" that they surround themselves with, they are very quick to accuse anyone opposing them as being un-American or trying to accuse them of wanting to compromise national security!
Ain’t it funny how the right-wingers get their shorts in a bunch claiming Obama is a socialist and hates the rich and their success, yet, at the same time, act like they own Christianity. Why then are they enmeshed in materialism, true Christians cultivate a lifestyle of spiritual growth and ministry; they need to cultivate a godly manner of dealing with our money and material possessions. The Bible describes this as a habit of consistent, sacrificial financial giving to God's work and does not include liars and hypocrites!

Difficult:

When looked at long term it is entirely possible that his own Bullsh:t was the cause of his demise.

As an aside he being a slaver had exactly the samre modus operandi & rhetoric as the Bush regime. Al Quaeda & the Bush regime fed off each other's insults in a symbiont circle until the misbegotten son of George HW.Bush was removed from office with all the finances in the USA gone & the republican party found to be responsible.

It is interesting to note that Osama Bin laden was killed during the term in office of the Democratic party which tends to not have such a high regard for a slave economy made out of "coolies".

Ayman Al Zawahiri is still alive and is the source of the bullsh:t that killed Bin laden. It appears that Pakistan currently has a major problem involving the consequences of sheltering that Ayatollah Khomeini clone due to a serious outbreak of theocratic terrorism associated with his acolytes.

Would be nice to see a 2nd raid with Zawahiri finally getting a long awaited bath,(Bin Laden style) as a result.

Have a nice day: Ag
