Fort Carson doing nothing....to punish criminal soldiers...and their kids!
I have a friend who was already subjected to her own domestic abuse since her husband returned from Iraq....then a teenage boy in the neighborhood breaks into her housing unit and rapes her at knife point.....after his father, an E-9 violently raped and beat the next door neighbor they share...she has a shattered hand! It seems after the initial apprehension of both that they are both walking around free again....How the hell does such injustice happen?! What the hell is Ft Carson command structure doing about these things? Probably nothing because it seems they side more often with soldiers than spouses.
