Chad McFarland , former Army JAG attorney, joined the Albany law firm. McFarland will defend service members in military law matters, including courts-martial, Article 15 actions, letters of reprimand, officer/enlisted elimination proceedings, ROTC disenrollment proceedings, and appeals to boards of correction for military records.
