I take issue with your concept of 'control'. Americans are in control of their movements, actions, writings, etc. They choose to accept or break the law. If the DNR uses a drone to catch logging, marijuana harvesting, illegal digging or dumping, I am happy for the technology. If it happens to fly over and catch me skinny dipping with my wife some evening, I could care less. Then again, I am not doing anything illegal so justice departments don't scare me. I hope that helps.
The line they use "if your doing nothing wrong then why care" has been used for decades to intrude on the privacy of people.

I don't like peeping Toms and I don't like the government spying on me so I do care if they spy on me even if I'm doing nothing wrong. I have a right to my privacy.

Need an example? The patriot Act is intended to catch terrorist by spying on American citizens emails, warrant less wire taps and so on. Eliot Spitzer former Governor was caught cheating on his wife and outed. How did they find out? Legal spying from the Patriot Act. Is he a terrorist? No! Threat to national Security? No!

Never ever give the government that kind of power for it will be used to harass and for political purposes. Remember the NSA employees watching citizens having sex on Skype? That's legal under the Patriot Act.

Eliot Spitzer was uncovering Wall Street crimes. Coincidence he was busted for cheating on his wife using the Patriot Act?

yes it helps. it helps me see that you dont consider the privacy of your own countrymen an issue at all.
so, your wife is also fine with being nude and under surveillance? yes?
you dont see any reason to be concerned for the potential abuse of illegal surveillance given the propensity for law enforcement agencies doing as they wish these days and being involved in so many false arrests and shootings in the name of our protection?

you do know that many good honest law abiding American citizens live in fear daily of their own police right?

Yes, please don't breed. The world could not stand another as stupid as you.
Now you owe me all your life worth, you have violated a civil librety violations of my "human rights to procreate".
On the contrary, I have done no such thing. I have requested that you refrain from breeding. You are predisposed to twisting the facts.

That shabu has truly ruined your brain.

Shaun Cassidy did that? ROTFLMAO!

Mother Francis should have spent more time teaching you how to write properly.
Interrogations on the side of concert stage and with the questions I answered just after my rbain surgery he went politically famous.
Damn that Shaun Cassidy!!! It is little wonder why he is so damn powerful today. He stole your brain power!

Do you wrap your head in foil to prevent aliens from stealing your thoughts?

I heard that they can do that now. Filipinos are especially vulnerable. The Iglesia ni Cristo perfected mind control and sold the technology to space aliens! You need to keep your head wrapped in foil or your ability to paint will be stolen!!!

Do it now. Save yourself.

My wife could care less if she was caught by a satellite or drone while skinny dipping with me. I am not worried about being naked. I spent a lifetime keeping myself in shape and so has my wife. Nudity is not troubling.
you dont see any reason to be concerned for the potential abuse of illegal surveillance given the propensity for law enforcement agencies doing as they wish these days and being involved in so many false arrests and shootings in the name of our protection?
Not really. Do you understand what I do for a living?

For every false arrest made there are a few dozen crimes that go unpunished. While I' am sure you worry about the kid who gets arrested for growing pot, I am far more concerned with the nut jobs who seek to create havoc.
you do know that many good honest law abiding American citizens live in fear daily of their own police right?

It's too bad you don't want to wager on that. I would have won and it is only February. You see, reconnaissance drones are actively deployed in a number of American states. Federal hawks monitor our national parks, shorelines and borders every day.

Okay. You have been so receptive to intelligent discussion regarding surveillance, right?

It is likely that you have been photographed or recorded at least a dozen times today. You are watched without your knowledge or consent and can do nothing about it. You yield freedom for the greater good. Wear the uniform of your nation and fight to defend it. Then I will be more interested in listening to concerns about expected rights.

Actually, you don't. Multiple court cases have established that privacy has limits. You have no expectation of privacy outside your domicile.

Eliot Spitzer former Governor was caught cheating on his wife and outed. How did they find out? Legal spying from the Patriot Act. Is he a terrorist? No! Threat to national Security? No!
I love the Patriot Act. It is a tool in an arsenal that demands evolution.
Never ever give the government that kind of power for it will be used to harass and for political purposes.
I have been an employee of Uncle Sam for decades now. I was taught early on that Big Brother is always watching. I have nothing to fear. The paranoid do.
Remember the NSA employees watching citizens having sex on Skype? That's legal under the Patriot Act.
It is also legal under several hundred existing laws. Private detectives can do the same. They are protected from cause. You did know that, right?
Eliot Spitzer was uncovering Wall Street crimes. Coincidence he was busted for cheating on his wife using the Patriot Act?
Yes. Maybe. Probably not. Don't believe everything you read and hear.

There are plenty of conspiracy sites out there. Each tells of how things really are. I prefer to use my experience to dictate what is proper and what is not. I have seen sweet, little ladies carry flowers to a group of our troops and then blow themselves up. I have seen elderly men admit that they were plotting to poison a town's water supply because they were angry about taxes increasing. Appearances can be deceiving. Surveillance is a necessary evil in the real world.

Do you mind being recorded endlessly in a casino? on a cruise ship? at work? at your favorite store?

Do you mind having to submit to searches at the airport? concert venue? while entering the mall?(I always loved the 'magic stick' that guards use in the RP)

People believe what they want to believe. I choose to believe that bad people deserve to be caught.

its fine with me if you and your wife are exhibitionists , but even in your own back yard you can be arrested for public nudity, so always keep your G-Man id handy just in case. no problem with the kids huh? interesting.

this time id like an opinion on the flipino idol paq man. any thoughts? in your time here you ever meet him?

do you think his association with chavit singson is a liability or is it a partnership?

will you be coming back soon when the US ramps up its military presence in the fils?

Wow. You sound like Elias with that disjointed step in logic.

I have no problem swimming naked. I always found it funny how some people are upset by the image of a naked human. A lifetime in the service of country has rid me of that fear.

By the way, you really should brush up on your facts. I, or anyone else, can sunbathe nude in our backyards quite legally. I have never felt the urge but it is perfectly legal. Fences are wonderful inventions.
