Catoosa may restudy impact fee plan

Via Thomson Dialog NewsEdge) Aug. 20--RINGGOLD, Ga. -- Catoosa County commissioners rejected an impact fee proposal in February, but may revisit the issue in 2007, Chairman Bill Clark said.

isn't it time for people like Bill Clack to step aside and let people live, prosper,and grow without his views that would keep Catoosa county stuck in the past.Until impact fees can be spent on where it is really needed, it is just another tax that middle class America has to shoulder.
