To "Cat" in Savannah, GA. It would behoove you to understand the details before you make a comment about a person you do not know. Xavier was my cousin as well. He was a good person and was NOT A DRUG DEALER. I pray that you never experience the grief that our family has felt. Having to deal with false accusations and comments from people such as yourself who don't know anything about the case or the people involved. As you can see I CAN SPELL and I have a heart.

Also, there was not one article that stated that drugs were found at the scene or on my cousin when the paramedics and police arrive. The statement that was made my the mayor of Schenectady was inaccurate and insensitive to the family of the victim.
