She changed her story, yet again, in under ten minutes. With Martinez, she tells him that she saw Travis with the gun loaded, taking it somewhere, even though she had said previously that the gun was unloaded, according to Travis. When asked by the jurors, after Martinez finished, how many times she saw Alexander's gun, she answers, "3"; when she first started cleaning the shelves, another time while cleaning again, as it rested there, and then again on the 4th, the day of the "attack". So much for Travis carrying it out loaded before Christmas. Does she even listen to herself?
And there is no way she jumped up on those shelves without displacing one thing, unless she has the powers of Tinkerbell.
Conclusion: that was not Alexander's gun. She didn't get it from a shelf. She brought it.
On the other hand, I wish Martinez would have a copy of the transcripts handy when Arias says something different than in prior testimony and she denies it. He should just hand the transcript to her, to read aloud, instead of bickering back and forth and trying to get her to answer as she did originally. It gets annoying when the payoff is never there since she refuses to confirm prior statements. If he is going to ask a question, he knows how she answered before, it should be no problem getting someone in his office to pull up the related transcripts in advance. Otherwise, he gets all flustered, asks the questions differently, forgets what she just said, and it goes on forever.

If this jury believes any of her story, from the gas cans to the fog, they most certainly would have bought the "two ninjas" story. LOL
Martinez bickering over semantics made him look foolish, the jury questions were begging for more dialog from Jodi, good grief. Both quite tiresome and monotonous.
Were they trying to "break" her?
Now we get the experts' opinions.....great...just.. great.

Absolutely agree on the gun, and lets be real for a sec., No 20 something guy buys a .25 cal for personal protection or recreational use. She stole the gun and the round(s). They need to find spent casings from that gun with a metal detector, certainly grampa shot the thing somewhere either in the yard, at camp, at the range, hunting etc.
Makes one wonder if anyone has interviewed grampa's buddies to see if they have knowledge of where he may have shot the .25. Guys hunt together, they also target shoot together. Find one other casing from grampa's .25 and this case is over for Jodi... OVER!

Death penalty or Chinese torture, than hard labour for 50 years

I agree with you.
What trial were the jurors listening to with :
Michael Jackson, OJ Simpson, Robert Blake and Casey Anthony?
..This trial is GOING ON and ON! A shooting of three students
last year; in Ohio, convicted the teen this week of Life Without Parole. Lindsey Lowe who suffocated her twins, a year or two ago;
has been sentenced as well, and received L/Wo/Parole in Tennessee.
..I hope these jurors don't cave in..and seek the death penalty for
Arias. Knowing the above: were guilty they might give her a reduced sentence..maybe they just lack in common sense, or feel sorry for this waste of human flesh!

No Way the jury is going to let her off with less than the death penalty. Just wait and see how Mr. Martinez ties it all togther in his closing statements to the jury. Its over for the princess.

New witness takes stand. JA sits there with her many faces..smug, "the feel sorry for me", and "see
the experts testify for me". I don't know what this expert can possibly come up with to convince the jurors she was abused and battered!! The expert mentioned a lot of her work in shelters. That would mean; in my opinion, women in shelters have been documented or possibly the real battered woman would
have called the abuse - hotline. JA did neither.
..I will be watching Mr Martinez poke holes in her testimony.

JM has to be careful in his questioning with this DV expert as compared to his questioning of Dr Samuels. She's sharp.
