I know some might not agree, but hey I have visited a loved one and just because I shifted in my seat ( I have arthritis)they took him out and stripped searched him, and my hands never left the top of the table.. no way did I pass or could have passed drugs..And when I complained about it.It was even rougher on my loved one..I do believe you do the crime you do the time, but not in County Jail, it is a death trap waiting to happen... they mess you up on your medications, not a good place to be..

watched the grainy video of this death, and the sheriffs people were no where while the so called skin heads killed him. the one who was monitoring the cells was talking on the phone while all of this took place. they even brought him out of his cell and still no help from those who are suppose to help and keep the jail safe... Time for Arpio to be voted out, and those so called skin heads who it looked like gave the order to be held accountable....We tax payers will have to pay for the lawsuit that will be field, and it isn't fair...I feel we should take all gang members, put them on a deserted island and leave them to fend for themselves, if the kill each other oh well...

this one guy was in there the day with me. His AC was broken at his apartment. He called maintance to fix it but they wouldn't come out, he's familiar with that stuff so he went up to do it on his own. they called the police saying he wasn't fixing it. and that's how he ended up in there chillin wiht all the other inmates/criminals.

I agree that jail isn't a vacation, or a resort- but they are people too and they have rights whether its because they are illegal, or they got caught DRINKING IN DRIVING...lmao white people do this too folks not just us MEXICANS, and other things like not paying tickets etc, or even crack heads...the facilities are horrible. I had a friends husband that was in there for a DUI charge, and he caught MRSA, he had asked for medical treatment, and was ignored for several days, he was left with all sorts of scars, he then got smart and decided NOT to get new underwear or sheets and just to wash them himself, until one day the guards got his things and replaced them...and guess what! Again with the skin issue...I agree eat all the green meat sandwiches, and drink nasty water, clean toilets, and do your community service BUT remember people these guys do get released, and they come out to live with you and I, and they can spread these viruses. NO ONE DESERVES TO DIE JUST BECAUSE SOME GUARD WANTS TO SHOW HOW TOUGH HE IS...

I went to 4th. ave jail because I blew a .09 (about a beer and a half) and rode my motorcycle around the block. The facility is shit, it was the worst night of my life and I will never go back. We had 60+ people packed into a 20 man room. I didn't even have a buzz when I was riding I didn't deserve the punishment I recieved. They have bars on the benches so you can't lay down and try to sleep (not like anybody could sleep anyways)the floor was packed full of bums and people high on meth. It was inhumane in my opinion and I do agree some people deserve it but a lot of these people don't.

It's so nice to read a Christian-Based hate thread. I sure don't want to meet up with any of you "Do unto others" on this thread. However, I will say a prayer for you! I wouldn't expect most of you to have compassion on anyone. Let's just hope the Lord shows you more compassion and mercy than you seem to have for other people.
