Does Exercise Cause Impotence?

There are 45 comments on the www.buzzle.com story from Jul 3, 2009, titled Does Exercise Cause Impotence?. In it, www.buzzle.com reports that:

Good blood flow is essential for the erection in men and there is no better way or more effective than exercise. In a study researcher found at least 200 calories should be burned by men likely to become impotent than other men. Chances of impotence increases by the use of drugs, anti-depressants as side effects, please avoid taking medicine excessively. Impotence is a sign of coronary artery disease; the reason is penis is more sensitive to slow-down in blood flow than heart. There are various techniques to measure blood flow to the penis but Doppler ultrasound scanning is one of them.

This article is ridiculous. The title says exactly the opposite of what is developped. It doesn't make sense.

If you exercise you'll have more energy-not less. You'll feel beter about yourself, and for me I just feel like I can have longer lasting and more energetic sex. When I sit on my duff, I'm usually more tired, the day seems too long, and I feel like I'm just wasteing away.

The article is OK. Somebody want to express his opinion. I prefer herbal pills. Chemical stuff can be dangerous. Natural things are safer. I've tried Viagra and I had a feeling that I took a kind of illegal narcotics. I've tried herbal male sexual performance pills (also known as "herbal viagra") and I felt better and healthier. So, my opinion is: Use natural drugs.

This is what you call a teaser title. Very bad advertising in my opinion but it did make us look.

Ouch! Talk about cutting off one's nose/penis to spite your face.

The light thing makes sense because men are visual creatures and if they can see their naked lover they probably will have better erections. Unless she's really ugly.

Running in very tight shorts can lower your sperm count, for sure. Keeping fit is good for all aspects of your health, within reason.

I still use Kamagra on occasion though, just to be sure I'll perform, just as I warm up before I go for a run

I use these people too www.kamagrauk.net

Everything must have chemicals. For example, if you want to take vitamin C, it's better to use synthetic one because your body absorb it better. Don't stop to eat fruits and vegetables. This is an example, what is better to your body.

You people ate for the most part MORONS. Your testosterone level increases with strenuous work outs. You look better you feel better and you perform better. Most impotence is of the mind if you are worried about an erection it will not happen. If you can relax and go with the flow you will perform better. Also whoever said that synthetic vitamins are better for you then natural is an idiot. Nature/god whatever designed natural herbs minerals and vitamins for a reason and man made synthetic crap does not have nearly the effect of natural orgnic nutrients. To tell people not to eat fruits and vegetables is irresponsible and stupid

I exercise a lot...but I am too tired for sex!! hehehe

As I see it, if you could take sex up as a sport, you would be good at it and find techniques and technologies to improve performance. But essentially it is a physical activity, sure the mindset plays a part....but doesn't it in all sports?

Hell I used to approach sex as an Olympic event...and like such an event...no gold medal comes from just reading books, internet forums or fantacising about boning Miss Fit Thighs at number 9...your mind has to be into it...and so does your body...I am an old git now....but when I make lurve...it is with my body, my whole body...not just my pencil d!ck hehehe

Exercise generally reduces the chances of ED problems, but even I need a little help now and again, and I am super fit.

www.KamagraFast.co.uk live up to their billing - fast and reliable!
