Damage after putting pressure on perineum?

Hi, a few weeks ago I read that you can delay ejaculation by applying pressure to your perineum during orgasm.. a seemingly harmless thing to try. I tried this, it felt a bit awkward but there was no pain and I still ended up ejaculating..

However, I then noticed my right testicle changed, it appears to have either swollen or moved forward.. For as long as I've known my left testicle has hung lower than the right, that has now reversed.

To compound the issue I now have a good amount of pain (aching) in my testicles after ejaculating...can last for hours and even hurts to sit. I can also see veins in my testicles I can't remember seeing before...they're not thick at all they just look like normal veins.

I went to the doctor and got an ultrasound which showed no issues at all, doc said to try ibuprofen which I did but didn't notice any change. He also examined me twice and didn't note anything unusual.(I didn't tell the doc about this perineum technique thing)

Any help on this would be much appreciated, even though my scan showed nothing I'm still worried :(

i tried the presure on teh perineum thing too. i did not ejaculate and did not pass cloudy uring. but i still feel awkward. i still feel sexy but i feel as if i have sperm running thru my blood. weird as hell. i dont think the pressure technique should be used too often. at least if it is used, ejaculation should eventually and as soon as possible be allowed.
