Let me give some background first. Four and a half weeks ago I injured my penis during sexual intercourse. The girl was on top, and I slipped and hit her thigh very hard, causing a transverse bend that ran the length of my shaft (imagine it forming a shallow U to the left). I did not lose my erection(only slightly for a minute), had some initial pain, but thought it was better a few minutes later and resumed intercourse. Had no noticeable pain for the next 4 days, and had intercourse twice during that time. However, both times I felt like my ejaculation was blocked, like I reached climax, but was unable to ejaculate for 30 seconds or so. After the second time pain started appearing at the base. It wasn't very strong, more of a very noticeable soreness.

I had no bleeding/bruising or anything like that. I saw two internal medicine doctors within a week after that, both seemed to think it should heal, and was most certainly not a fracture. The second prescribed ice and IBProfen. The soreness continued, and then a sharper pain set in a few days after seeing the second doctor. It felt like a thick artery, so from reading I thought it likely to be a blood clot of some sort. This passed in a few days later, but the soreness at the base of the right hand side continued. I set up an appointment to see a Urologist and went to his office a week ago from today. Right before seeing him a new pain along the shaft on the right side underneath at the base appeared, stronger than before. It felt highly similar to the pain I had with what I thought was a blood clot, but that was lower down.

The urologist didn't feel anything noticeable, but I have an ultrasound scheduled for Friday.

Since then by feeling the area, the sharp pain was defintely emanating from a hard artery. That has gotten much better in the last few days (though its still there if I prod it much), but the soreness/burning feeling on the right hand side at the base (deeper and more towards the front) continues (though it too has lessened). So overall I think things are healing, but I do have one real concern.

All 3 doctors I saw asked me if my erections were normal looking, and at the time I thought they were. I didn't check more than a few times briefly as I was trying to avoid erections, but everything seemed normal. However, in the last few days I have noticed that the right side looks different from the left. At first I thought it was curving to the left, but if so its barely noticeable. What I do notice is that the left hand side is completely straight from base to tip (normal), but the right hand side is curved... I guess bulgly as it goes towards the center of the shaft. Its not grossly noticeable or anything, but it is distinct if you look at it. The strongest part of the curve of course appears at the center of the bend during the injury. I also notice that when I lose my erections, the shaft curves very quickly to the left (pivoting around the site of the original bend)

I was curious if this sort of thing has been seen before and what it means? Does it likely just need more time (maybe the clot still hasn't healed?), or is it permanent. If it is permanent is it likely cosmetic or possibly going to effect my erections as well?

Should I call my Urologist and bring this to his attention?

This exactly describes my situation.
Now a year later, mine seems straight on the left yet curved to the right. This is noticable when flaccid as well.

Has anyone responded bro?
I need the same advice as you.

Thanks so much.

This supposed to be described my situation. The only difference is I have no pain. my problem is that when I get an erection the shaft is bent at the middle in a 90° curve. I am having difficultorming at a level that I am used to even though my wife doesn't complain much.
I has been meaning to see a doctor but it's so embarrassing.

I felt pains at the tip of my penis but that did not bother me much
I thought the pain will go away but since then about

At first I tot it was gonorea and went to see a doctor.

Last night I had intercourse with my girlfriend and about 2 minutes into intercourse i found out that she was abnormally wet or was what I thought...We turned on the lights to find out that her and I was covered in blood. I went to the doctor to see what was wrong and they assumed it was from my member apparently there was to much trauma on my urethra which caused severe bleeding. Blood got inside her deeply...We both don't have any STD s and i'm wondering if she is going to be okay..And if Im going to be okay as well, My member doesn't hurt at all and for about 8 hours I was urinating blood which was very weird.

I a playmate in reverse cowboy drop about 240 lbs on my rock hard penis and bend it to the left, I didn't loose my erection I did have some soreness but I never paid it much attention until a few weeks later when I had sex and my penis had a noticeable bend and lost some erection(inches), when I finally talked with my urologist he said at the bend the blood vessel had burst and calcified in the healing. Surgery isn't an option, because that results in the loss of more inches

Injuring the penis during intercourse can cause penile fractures and/or damage to the connective tissue surrounding the erectile chambers. This can result in the formation of scar tissue, which can be felt as a lump under the penis skin. Men with this condition may also develop bending or curving during erections. This can cause pain, and if the bend is pronounced, it can make intercourse extremely difficult and uncomfortable. In some cases, surgery may be required to remove the scar tissue. While there are no guarantees for prevention, using a penis health cream containing vitamin A (health professionals recommend Man 1 Man Oil) may help to minimize the formation of scar tissue and reduce the chances of developing a curved or bent penis.

All the best to you!

Hey guys!
I'm sorry to hear that you all are suffering from such a confusing injury. I just wanted to let you all know that I am casting a show about people who have suffered from romantic mishaps that landed them in a doctor's office or emergency room. If any of you are interested in sharing your story for a major television network, you can email me at [email protected] And, yes, there is indeed compensation.

Thanks, and best of luck to you all!

I was having sex with my girlfriend one night and i started feeling this sharp stinging pain,i tried ignoring it for a while thinking i would persevere. But the pain was too much, very stingy and i had to stop. When i looked at my penis it was covered in blood,i had torn my foreskin at the shaft of the penis.wow pain.I never went to the doctor i was too embaressed,i let it heal itself.I could hardly walk wirh that injury, every step felt as if i was tearing the skin that was healing.I had to sat in the house for two weeks.

Two years ago, while engaging in doggie position with my partner, I withdrew too far, the resulting clash bent my penis upward and inward so the the head actually touched the base of the penis. After what seemed like gallons of blood and excruciating pain which lasted for 10-15 minutes, I was transported to hospital with a major rupture in the blood vessels on both sides of my old fellah.
I now suffer from having issues with difficulty gaining and erection, maintaining it when I do (even with use of a cock ring), and super sensitivity at the head (staying power is now greatly diminished). I have also lost almost an inch in length in erection.
I have not had any bleeding since, but I regularly experience penile pain, and what seems to be testicular pain (but no pain felt when I feel my testicles). Prostate exams have revealed no issues. I have seen a specialist who stated even with surgery, minimal gain might be achieved.
I have tried viagra - did not work.
Does anyone have any helpful thoughts or potential cure for my now woeful sex life.

I suffered a similar injury during sex. Did you ever get back the size you felt you had lost? Did you experience loss in size when you didn't have an erection as well? I have this issue where the skin of my business kind of rolls up over the head during the day. Erection seems to be normal aside from the loss of about an inch. Did the scar tissue ever get better? Ever get your size back? What have you done? all that.:) Thanks!

So I was having sex with my gf one day..
Like a month ago and while we were having sex (she was on top) and she bounced a bit too hard on my penis and I felt some pain and I flinched.
We stopped afterwards. When she got home she told me.she thought she was on her period.but she wasn't.
Out of curiosity I went to the restroom to check on my penis for anything and found out that the vein or whatever it is (I don't know what it's called) it was bleeding and it hurt when I peed. I haven't been circumcised but probably think that's why. This happened 2 times because it got better after like 3 days. So I ignored it. The second time was a couple days go. Idk what it is but it hurts when I have sex with my gf. Someone help please. Idk what I should do. I'm just 17 so Idk what to do.

Give up an inch bro and get that rock hard cock back. No point having a 7" semi hard when you can have a 6" Rock hard. Your girl will be much happier
