This isnt constant pain. It occurs selectively about once every two months. It usually happens from sitting-to-standing (like after driving or standing after the computer chair). It also occurs sometimes during the last 5 seconds of urinating.
During the final seconds of urination (which I consider "AFTER" urination)I get the sensation of drops of urine "rolling back" or "refluxing", which causes an intense burning sensation between my testicles and anus (perineum area).
This burning sensation last for 10 seconds, but it's strong enough to bring a man to his knees.
I'm 35-years-old and this problem has been with me for 5 years. My symptoms occur about 4 times each year.
It also sometimes occurs when I go from sitting-to-standing, as if the pressure from my weight was blocking something while i was sitting...or a possible prostate problem?
My primary care physician prescribes CIPRO 500mg, twicw daily, for 10 days and it usually goes away; however, this time it came back 2 weeks later!
I think it might have started when I had unprotected anal sex a few years ago.
Any ideas what this might be? Prostatitis, Epididymis, UTI?
My urine is always very foamy, and comes back clear when they test it for bacteria infection.
The stinging spasms of intense burning pain located directly underneath my testicles (and on that hard cord that runs along beteen the middle of my testicles to my anus in the perineum area) lasts 10 seconds, but feels like an eternity.
My urologist wants to perform a cystoscopy, but i always chicken out.
Any ideas on what this could be?
