I am 25 years old, I consider myself healthy however a little bit overweight (187cm, 100kg), used to do a lot of sport but recently spending most of my time working at the computer. I have regular sex with my long time girlfriend.

I have this problem for a very long time (like 10 years) but it was so substantial that I never cared, only recently it got really worse. When I piss, the urine stream is very small, like the pressure would be low and I feel like something is blocking the stream in my crotch (I cannot 100% say this is prostate but something around that region or maybe at the base of the penis). The same story is with semen, I have no gush ejaculation but rather the semen is trickling, I was recently able to see that during masturbation. After sex or masturbation pissing is sometime painfull, I feel burning in my penis and sometimes a little bit of pain in my crotch. Sometimes I feel strange pression in my crotch without any reason, it is far from pleasant. I also think my semen does not look like it should be (I only guess because I have never seen any other semen), my semen is not of seamless color and it looks a little bit like some jelly.

The second issue which I believe is related is that I do not feel almost any pleasure during sex, I am 100% sure this is physical not psychical issue. I get hard on without a problem and I can have a normal sex but I just donít feel anything. Orgasm might be a little painfull because I feel like semen is pushing itís way through to get out.

My semen has been checked by several doctors, also prostate was checked including USG (last time about 2 weeks ago), they were not been able to find anything, my prostate is fine and the size is OK. I do not get up at night to piss but I think Coca-Cola, tee and cofee makes me piss a lot more often, and sometimes it might be like every 20 minutes.

I got no real help from doctors because they are not able to find any problem with me, I hope maybe someone here will push me in the right direction on what to do.

I also have almost the exact same symptoms you have . I believe mine was caused from a low back injury and had to have the L4 and L5 disc removed. I believe the injury disconected the nerve needed to obtain sexual pleasure, thus my penis becomes numb during intercourse. I am at the present taking zinc tablets to help prouduce more sperm and Saw Palmetto for the prostate. Of course I'm also 60 years old and want to have sex like a 21 year old. Ha

I would have the area of the low back looked at by a doctor. You may have had an injury to the area that controls the nerve to the penis. Also consult a doctor before taking any medication.

Ken,

You had parts of your back removed to treat your sexual issues? Wow! Did it work for you or are you still numb? When did you have this done?

First off let me correct Fred, Ken had an injury to his back. That injury lead to surgury that might have caused his loss of sensation by disconnecting his nerves. He did not have surgury for his sexual issue. I really want to scream learn how to read, especially with all the dumb answers people suggest about this problem(elsewhere) such as taking viagra.
um I'm 20, I have the same thing except a childhood injury near the tip of the urethra(and frenulum) got worse and a few too many lonely nights of rough masterbation (normally I'd save it all to be excited for a girl but I've been alone lately)
well the rough masterbation and worsening injury caused a loss/no sensation for my orgasm nerves
(they are supposidly separate from the ones that give you an erection so don't go saying take viagra we have no problem getting a hard on.)
We just can't see the fireworks (orgasm metaphor) but we can hear it. Well it sucks I'm going through tough times myself and I probably have more important things to do than get this checked out and fixed(I think it's too late unless you want to prove me wrong and go see a(get a referal!) urologist or good doctor and get surgury or checked out).
i'll miss the ability to get extremely excited for a girl and everything and really want her, I can be so romantic when I am. This part could be a side effect only I feel, Its like this, I want girls still but there is no sexual tension that makes me want them, more like slightly mental tension but thats it. Same thing with ejaculation and orgasm. They are separate events, the latter which i don't feel so sex is going to be pointless to me. Kind of like the women who don't ever orgasm. I just hope I can find an understanding girl, which is hard because I don't exactly want them now. I can still ejaculate and I feel all the leg spasms associated with orgasm but there is no pleasure so i think its just a part of ejaculation, not orgasm.

My Problem is I can get hard but not for long.
It's hard for 10mn. but then goes limp, then it might get hard again but it soon goes limp. And then the feeling is gone (numb) at this point my girl friend can do anything she wants to me but no feeling keeps it limp and no Climax. So after 15mins I tell her to forget it nothing is going to happen. I'm 55yrs old and up to a year ago I never had a proplem now everytime we make love I just know that for me nothing is going to happen. Any Advice on this. P.S. I've played with myself and a hour can go by with nothing happening.

Your problem is a muscle issue related to over extending yourself sexually and knotting up muscles in your pelvic floor. This causes all sorts of symptoms in men. There are a lot of small and large muscles involved. You have knotted and formed trigger points in some of them. This takes years to fix and requires internal massage and relaxation and streatching of the pelvic floor. It took me 3 years to resolve this. Look up chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CPPS), Stanford protocol

My bf has this prob too, he suffers from penile numbess and pain that affects our sex life. He also has prostatitis and had an operation for spina bifida aged 14, he is now 31. Could either of these be the cause for the numbness?
Thanks

Go see a pelivc floor specialist...If your in Chicago go to Judy Flordeno. I higly doubt you have anything seriously wrong. Its just muscle tension that has caused your pelvic floor to be very tight.

Well, I have a similar problem. I have no feeling in my testes area. Usually, I feel sharp stingy feelings when hit/touched the wrong way there. This unusual "lack" of feeling concerns me. Any thoughts?

Ive had prostatis for 2 years and in the last 48 hours my whole genital region has gone painfully numb. An MRI, a couple prostate exams, and they decide I have such severe prostatis it's caused a spasm of pelvic muscles that has desensitized my genitals.
They've given me some antibiotics and a muscle relaxer.
All I want is to have normal sensation again. I asked if this could cause long term nerve damage or if I'm stuck like this, they said no. That's the only thing keeping me sane.

Im 23 and for almost 2 year now, i have had absoluty no sensation while ejaculting, my sperm is like per water/its cold, and a very little amount, i havent had an orgaism in 2 years. Im 6.5. 200, im in very good shape, i used to have no problems with great sensation, and strong orgaism, i almost feel like im not a man anymore, i didnt have medical insurance so i stopped going to the urologist but, my aunt is a doctor, and i had her nurse practnictor check my prostate, its a little larger then normal but nothing out of ordinary, can anyone help me with this issue, or have any advice please? btw i never noticed until this started but on both testicles, i have small hydroceyles that not at all painful, but they cause my testicles to swelled, almost looks like i just have one big testicle, ive heard that the hydrolceye has nothing to do with my sperm/orgaism, is it possible thats it? they are not noticable unless i told someone they were there. any help id appreciate greatly

PNE pudendal Nerve Entrapment! It happened to me--numbness/lack of sensitivity, loss of libido, pain, difficulty maintaining erections--it's the worst, but YOU CAN RECOVER! Its compression nerve damage from either through tight pelvic muscles or postural problems (Mine came on after buying a used pickup with a crap bench seat from my dad--screw you, old man! JK). Most important--IT's NOT IN YOUR HEAD. You wll need to self advocate with the docs--many, if not most are unfamiliar with the symptoms--but your johnson is worth it! Check out the PNE HOPE website for docs and PTs who can help in your area. Type in PNE and HOPE. RELAX you are on your way to recovery.
As a side note--I personally (I'm not a Dr) recommend you guys stop jerkin' it till this is resolved (or at least keep it to a minimum) as this accerbated my symptoms.
