I have taken Hydrococdone-APAP 10-325 these seem to help more than anything I have taken I was on 4 a day so 120 a month but I am off now because the pain is almost gone, even stronger meds like oxycodone did not help. Also the DR gave me Terazosin 1mg to relax the prostate. "I cannot tell if these work!Take a sleep aid if you can like Sleepmd which is over the counter to help you get rest. Get a bottle or cup to keep by your bed to urinate in during the night if you go often that way you get more sleep and wont have to get up every 5 min to walk to the bathroom. "We also do this in Iraq so we wont have to walk a mile to a porta john" If it's good for the U.S. Army it's good for this situation. Try a heating pad on high it seems to releave the pain in the penis tip and helps you sleep. I have also tryed Walmart Hydrogen Peroxide, mixed with water 50/50 with a baby syringe to clean the urethra just by squirting it in there. "NOW THE CRAZY PART" I had a Foley catheter after my cystoscopy due to getting stoped up with blood clots, The nurse used a numbing cream out of a small tube and squeezed it into the head of my penis to help with pain. So after that when I had that pain at the tip of my penis I used Baby Orajel nighttime formula to help dull the pain before I went to bed, it may burn for a few seconds but not bad. Also dont forget hot baths with just your torso in, legs and arms out if you can, it takes time for that heat to penetrate the muscle's.Make sure the tub is clean, clean with bleach or something close to kill any bacteria, I add a few teaspoons of bleach to make sure no bacteria is there to get into the urethra. I heard if you have pain near you anus which I have not that you can use a Icecube to help control it some. PLEASE GUYS WE ARE NOT ALONE IN THIS FIGHT! Are you circumcised? If not, why don't you have the doctor send you to a urologist for a consultation and perhaps to be circumcised. You are the recipient of bacteria under your foreskin which got into your urethra and then into the prostate. Soap and water won't prevent excessive amounts of bacteria. It will come back. Circumcision will prevent bacteria from forming on the glans.

the tip of my head burns off an on it doent burn when i pee it burn after an some time when i dont have to pee at all.i when to the docter cuz i thought it wuz an std but ever thing came bak negative

What did you find out since then buddy.
As for me I went to docots urine test check for calmyidia,tracto something and another STD negetive
But as I start to piss it burns and when the rest of urine comes out it is good.
When I take a shower no pain.
Also I have been cracking my back L1 to L5 around to the point it feels like it pops.Not breaking but it feels it might break.
I was told by my mother not to do that.
But it takes away the tightness in my back
I wonder if it is my back
That is causing burning urine
next stop Kidney and Uriologist for me.
Also I sit down for more than 10 hours a day playing and working sometimes 18 hours all together.
Also have tingling in baby finger and legs.
Must be from sit to long and lack of activity.

i have had the same exact problem as you :/ got test came positive and then cure. now still have burning and coloration problem.
