I have been suffering from the same symptoms for the past 5 years with NO Relief or diagnosis... all started after receiving unprotected sex from a complete stranger... after seeing 6 urologists, regular doctor, std specialists was diagnosed with and e-coli infection about 1 1/2 years after encounter. Was treated with antibiotics and told that infection was gone after another testing was done. Here it is 5 years later and I am still in agony. My syptoms are:

Redness/ irritation/ severe itching at the very tip of the penis that comes and goes daily
Pain upon ejaculation and after ejacualtion
ejacualtion makes redness/ itching WORSE
weak stream of urination
cannot fully empty bladder
random shooting pains in the groin and up the penis to the tip
severe stinging sensation (almost feels like I am being stung by a bee) at the tip
leaking of urine (very little)

never any blisters or open sores... everty urthral swab comes up negative for anything- urine analysis comes up clean... there is apparently something going on but all the Drs tell me it is in my head and to not worry about it.. it is not all in my head there is somthing def wrong. I was diagnosed with HSV1 VIA BLOOD TEST but they say this is not what is going on becuase all swabs come up negative and no blisters or sores...

I believe I have been tested for everything SEVERAL TIMES... what else can I ask to be tested for ??? This has put me in a complete depression and makes me no longer want to have sex becuase of the problems it causes afterwards... any suggestions would greatly be appreciated

I recently read an article that claims that is is possible to be allergic to your ejaculate. Sounds bizarre but maybe a check to prove/disprove it...

Lichen sclerosus of the penis and urethra is also known as Lichen Sclerosis, Lichen Sclerosus et Atrophicus and Balanitis Xerotica Obliterans (BXO). This is generally an acquired disease of the penis and urethra. It is not cancer and is not contagious or sexually transmitted. The cause is unknown. Men who develop this chronic and often debilitating disease are generally found to have one or more abnormalities on physical exam. Check out this website:

Hey Guys:

I know something that may help. Go to a health food store or vitamin shoppe and ask for D-Mannose. They have it in powder form but ask for the capsule kind (enteric coated I believe is what they call it). This helps when you urinate to keep bacteria and other stuff from adhering to the urethra and bladder. You'll need to take it for a while, probably a month or so to notice a real difference. Google it for yourself. Hope this helps.
