There are 1 comment on the Worcester Telegram & Gazette story from Oct 17, 2012, titled Change of heart? Reversing vasectomies not uncommon. In it, Worcester Telegram & Gazette reports that:

QI'm thinking about having a vasectomy, but what are my chances of having the procedure reversed if I change my mind later? AEvery year more than 500,000 men in the U.S. and 55,000 in Canada have vasectomies.

I understand it is dependent on length of time that's elapsed since the procedure, your age and the potency of your swimmers. That said, I wouldn't bank on being able to reverse the procedure since it is expensive and typically less than 50% succesful. I would look into storing some of your guys at a bank even if you don't think you want to reverse since life is unpredictable and people change thier minds.
