Haven't mixed the two, but did take Cymbalta for a short time, no fun....Now take Celexa, Nabumetone (Relafin), Gabapentin at bedcime and Tramadol as needed. Feel better than I have in years....It took me a few years to get it all worked out and I believe if I don't go out and try to rake the lawn, etc...I am on my way!! I love it...

glad you feel better, I just started taking cymbalta yesterday and already I've had quite a few side effects my dr says to give it 6 weeks. My energy is super low so I'm thinking about taking D-ribose while on cymbalta just want to see if anyone had any experience with these two remedies.

I hear what you're saying, everybody's experience can't all be the same though. It seem there's not sufficient enough evidence to pin point the cause of fibromyalgia. Agreed that a good diet is important; but I've been eating health all my life I come from a family of dietitians. If I could pin point the the makings of my fibromyalgia. I would have to say it stems from continuous trauma that I've experienced throughout my existence.

I believe it is from traumatic injury as well as huge loads of stress that accompany the injury. Haven't had any vaccines in forever...

Agreed. There is compelling evidence that central sensitisation syndrome, or hyper arousal of the CNS, is the root cause.

interesting, you've made a strong statement here. Do you have some research to back it up? Thanks!

vaccines cause auto-immune illness through repeatingly injecting the same substances. The body has already been sensitized and reexposure increases sensitivity. Vaccines are known to cause paralysis, palsies, seizures, anaphylactic shock/allergy response, MS and death.
