reflex to hand

Hi, everyone, I recently had an accident involving my left hand; it is painfully swollen as a result. In the past, I've been able to spare myself a great deal of suffering due to a number of some other home accidents by using reflexology. But this time, I have not been able to use reflexology because I simply do not know what spot to massage. Will somebody enlighten me as to what that spot would be on my foot so that my hand will heal quicker.
Thank you very much

Well, it depends on where on your hand it hurts, but you could try to start by working on the lateral edge of the foot. Find a good reflexology map of the hand and look up the place that hurts and find out which reflex area it corresponds to. You can also work the corresponding referral area on the foot.
Hope that helps.

I would work on the exact spot on the opposite hand, then the corresponding spot on the foot (ex: if pinky was hurting, would work on pinky toe on same side.) These should work if applied correctly. There are other points, and if you need further help, you can contact me at [email protected]
