If you practice at Massage Envy or at a private therapeutic massage establishment, know that affordable continuing education courses are offered online at www.nirvanamassagecenational.com . Visit their website to select from their home study classes which are all NCBTMB approved.

in an attempt to contribute to the original topic of this posting, I have the following to add.
Massage envy in my experience, generally pays its employees very little. I interviewed at one before posting for firsthand information, and $15 an hour is what i was offered. I would like to point out that I have been working with great references at 2 different places for 10 years.
From people i have talked to in my community, the general consensus is that they also treat their employees badly or with little respect. For those that have posted about their positive experiences working for Massage Envy, you appear to be the exception rather than the rule.
Massage envy is a franchise, so depending on who is running the place your experiences as an employee will certainly differ. Overall, it appears that Massage Envy does indeed appear to be cheapening the massage industry.
This is also a problem because as any legitimate LMT will tell you, a vast majority of the population is not educated about the benefits above and beyond a relaxing experience that massage can provide for them. And for all the people who go to massage envy and now think "this is what massage is" it's a real shame.
Do they give hand jobs?

If they are hiring, go for it, hand jobs are just what you're qualified for.

The only special needs you have is you need a brain. I suggest you go to see The Wizard of Oz, maybe he can help.
