Judges don't do that ! Do they ? I'd say yes they do . This Fool Doctor's Atty. should have brought that up at Trail . And had the Judge excused ! But I'm just a Carpenter by Trade.

The Judge should have stepped aside. The perceived view of being biased is enough.
