Here we go... The Government is going to get so involved in your life they will next be deciding when and where you can go see a doctor and what for...

California is little by little becoming the Soviet Union...

Why do we need a Law to see a doctor and decide what exams and treatments I need... Let Me Decide...

I suggest you read the article. It is not interfering with a woman's right to have a mammogram, it is stating that the radiologists who review the mammogram give additional information to the woman and her primary physician.
As for "CA becoming the Soviet Union", you REALLY do not know what you are talking about!! Did YOU every live under Soviet rule?? Obviously not!
