Group Calls Psychiatric Diagnostic And Statistical Manual A Scam

Feb 23, 2013 | Posted by: roboblogger | Full story: I-Newswire.com

The "disorders" in the diagnostic manual are invented by psychiatrists and placed in the DSM for the sole purpose of increasing the numbers of diagnosis that can be made.

The mind drugging of America since the Republican Bush Sr presidency is part of a coup detat. The New World Order.

http://www.youtube.com/watch...

There is no science to the Mental Health Industry. No medical model. No evidence based medicine and no test for chemical imbalance of the brain. The APA lied and admitted their falsehood in 2004 after mind drugging and addicting millions of people worldwide.

Without a test for chemical imbalance the mental health, the "psychiatric diagnosis" is limited in the ancillary tests of medicine like an EKG, EEG, blood work or other tests in the diagnoses of a patient. They aren't really needed in Psychiatry.

I think you can see, and probably know, as a student, that the psychiatric diagnosis is made on the basis of behavior or spoken words or the hearsay from a neighor, friend, estranged husband/wife who may very well be making a false allegation or creating a position in a court of law for their advantage. I am sure that Medicare or Disability and insurances play a large part in the diagnoses. Basically you are making a diagnoses on the physiological differences between the so called "mentally ill" and the "normal" without knowing what a proper and healthy chemical "balance" look like?" There is no test.

If we respect metabolic changes based on daily dietary habits, weight gain / loss , terms of the survival of the organisms as a person age along with physical conditioning, physical illness, electrolyte level, gender differences , body temperature, I don't see where the Mental Health and Counseling Industry could conform to any consistency in data with consideration to the above to state a person has a mental disease or illness based on chemical imbalance. Beside that, the mental health psychiatric diagnoses isn't even part of standard medical procedure known as the medical model in which all doctors are trained and is the only branch of medicine operating completely on political decisions.

So, on the basis of a 10 minute exchange between doctor & patient, a diagnosis of atypical schizophrenia (others) can be made and what is disturbing is that with the aid of a 2nd physician, the patient can be involuntarily hospitalized without any due process of law.. There is no other branch of medicine that permits this sort of thing.

If an orthopedic surgeon operated on a patient without the aid of an X-ray, he would be working at the car wash the next day.

It gets worse. I dunno about other jurisdictions but Ontario now allows GPs to prescribe "psychiatric" medications without the input of an actual psychiatrist.

But this whole atmosphere has created what I call,"Illness of the day" diagnoses. ADD/ADHD is one of them. 30-40 years ago, they didn't prescribe drugs because kids acted like kids.
I'm not saying that ADD/ADHD is bunk, but I'm sure as hell suggesting it gets WAY over diagnosed.
Same with bi-polar disorder.
A few years back, some friends of mine divorced after almost 30 years of marriage. She was utterly distraught and was most certainly experiencing bi-polar episodes, but she wasn't bi-ploar. Yet, her doctor was quick to diagnose her and write a script.
And even before that, about 3-4 years after I suffered a broken back, I had moved and got a new doctor. One day I asked him if I could get a script for some painkillers or something to help me sleep because I was having some real trouble getting to sleep because of my back.
He didn't even write a script, he just handed me a half-dozen Amitriptyline. I had no idea what they were so I took one that night. Worst mistake ever!
Yeah sure, I slept like a baby, but when I woke up the next morning, I felt like I had been on a month long drinking binge. Even my hair hurt.

And that's something else I've noticed too. I've had a few friends through the years that had to take meds, but for some of them it was brutal because the docs were playing hit'n'miss with the medications until they found the right one. Meanwhile the wrong one, even though it was for the disorder they had, was worse for them than nothing.

I've responded to your partisan dreckery and backed up my posts numerous times. Quite frankly, I'm sick and tired of your game of shifting the subject of discussion everytime you get a response you can't refute.
But hey, way to take the very serious issue this thread is attempting to discuss and make it ALL about YOU! Is your sub-par trolling not netting you attention anymore?

Big Pharma damages babies with vaccines, then "treats"? them with poison. Psychiatry has sold its soul to Pharma because it otherwise has no treatment to speak of.

When the public tunes into the crimes and atrocities happening worldwide ( including Canada, Australia, Great Britain, France and every other country ) by the mental health industry including to their precious children, God will crap in his pants at how quickly imposed public remedy will happen that probably will contain no religious thoughts like "turn the other cheek or be kind to your neighbor , and the politicians involved in the rectal licking for mental health laws and acts will skip town leaving their three girlfriends, two boy friends, five wife's and twenty children,, to fend for themselves monetarily and emotionally as kick backs and payoffs dry up.
