Trauma Informed Care

Most of these mental health institutions know that they are supposed to be using Trauma Informed Care, but they don't do it.
If it's an abused child, a sexual assault victim or a female victim of domestic violence they get Trauma Informed Care. Everyone else is treated like dirt and abused by systems that should be helping them.
Clients need to expose these abusive systems. Did you ever wonder why they don't like clients to get their records? Usually because its a massive amount of information that may be used to sue the providers.
Most mental health systems are part of the problem, not the solution.
